Marjorie Vaughan an Executive Coach and HR professional, is focused on helping businesses and people achieve competitive advance and grow their business.

She is a registered coach from the IMI, holds a Masters in Human Resources from University of Leicester, Degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick and is a registered member of CIPD.

Marjorie has extensive background and certification in many critical academic and applied T&D methodologies and tools such as 16PF, EQi 2.0, EQ360, & ECR.

With15 years experience in HR & Leadership she has worked within diverse industries such as Technology business Xanadu Consultancy, Novartis Pharmaceutical, Stryker Medical Devices, Hospitality business Castlemartyr Resort. From start-up stage, scale up’s and large multinationals.
